Last week I regretfully received the resignation of Hans Bossling from his duties at St Mary’s and his intention to move on. On Thursday the Parish Council unanimously passed the motion that recorded its ‘thanks to God for the ministry of Hans Bossling, as Parish Councilor, Rector’s Warden, Sacristan, Risk & Safety Officer and wishes him well as he serves Christ in a new church.’ I personally am thankful for all of Hans’ ministry in the short time I have been acting rector. I will be announcing a new appointment as rector’s warden shortly.
